FOCUS: THE BREAKTHROUGH POWER OF FAITH

TEXT: Eph 6:12, 16

You cannot win the battles of life by the energy of the flesh, for by flesh shall no man prevail. There are invisible forces that contend against every individual daily. The devil is invisible and the only weapon that can fight Him is the invisible power of faith.

The invisible weapon is the only thing needed to fight invisible battles. You cannot fight the invisible force with a visible weapon. Faith is an invisible weapon, it is the only weapon needed to fight your battles Heb11:3. Faith is a gateway to your unlimited possibilities. Things that are seen are not made of things which appear. Faith is that weapon which converts the invisible to become a visible. The things which are seen are obviously made by faith. Faith links up where your riches in glory are to where the needs are met. Mk 9:23 Jesus said if thou can believe, all things are possible. After this service today, all impossibilities shall be made possible.

Math 17:20: Every force in life visible and invisible can be handled by Faith Mk 11:23, Jesus said if he does not have doubts in His heart, he shall have whatever he says

HOW DOES FAITH ENSURE YOUR BREAKTHROUGH?

1.    Faith Makes a Believer More than a Conqueror: A conqueror is one who fought a battle and conquered, even in battles of life Ps 74:20. Only with faith can a believer be a conqueror. You need to fight to be a conqueror but you don’t need to fight to become a more than conqueror, because someone else fought for you. Jesus has fought for you Rom 8:38, 1 Jn 5:4, 14. Without your faith, victory in battles is elusive Jn 11:40-42.

2.    Faith Can Open the Grave for you: Every grave wherever your blessings, breakthrough is, I decree that the grave be opened in the name of Jesus. Faith rolled the stone that was laid against Jesus at the third day, in this third month, every grave in your life is opened in the name of Jesus.

3.    A Cry of Faith is your Gateway for Supernatural Operation Exo 3:28: A cry of faith is a violent confident cry for a change of position. Jacob cried confidently in faith, “I will never let you go unless you bless me” and even when the angel begged him to leave Him because it was almost morning, he held on until he was supernaturally blessed.

4.    The Blind Receive their Sight at the Cry of Faith: Blind Bathemeus cried with faith and Christ and his faith restored his sight to him. Hear me, some of you the devil has placed a scar on, perhaps on your health and maybe the doctors have placed their verdict on you, I have a good news for you, hear me today, receive your miracles in the name of Jesus.   

Without faith can no man make any breakthrough, therefore engage this breakthrough power of faith and draw God into your battles. The Lord bless you.

Miracles are deliberate acts of God provoked by the desperate faith of men. All miracles performed by Christ were provoked by faith. Every great act of God can only reach men on earth by the instrumentality of faith. Faith is the medium through which acts of God are made manifest on earth. Consider the story of the death of Jarius’ daughter whom Jesus was prepared to go and raise to life. But a woman with an issue of blood by her faith drew the virtues which were not meant for her (Math 9:18-25).

By her faith she drew the supernatural acts of God and that was why Christ noticed that some virtues dropped from Him. This month your faith will draw what is not your turn. Everything that has been delayed in your life, this month, your faith will draw them to you in the name of Jesus.

Manifestation of the Miracle Power of Faith

1.    The Miracle Power of Faith in Delivering Your Salvation Eph 2:8, Jn 1:12: Salvation is a product of faith. Until you believe, you will not be saved. Until you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart, you shall not be saved Heb 2:3. Until you are saved, you are not safe. Until you are saved, there is no security in your life Col 1:13.

2.    The Miracle Power of Faith in Healing: Blind Bathemues was healed because he believed Mk 1:45, Acts 3:6-14. Until you believe there is no probability of your being healed. Today people will see what will make you a wonder in your life. Whenever your faith is at work, the miracle of healing occurs. The man at the beautiful gate believed and his feet rose up.

3.    The Miracle Power of Faith in Supernatural Breakthrough Lk 5:1-8, Jn 21:1-6: Peter toiled all night and caught nothing but by Christ’s word, Peters’ faith was fixed up and he entered into a net breaking miracle MK 9: 23. There is the miracle power of God here that can bring breakthrough.  

4.    The Miracle Power of Faith in Deliverance Math 15:21-28: When the Syrophoenician woman came to Jesus, He snubbed her but the woman swallowed it and never went back. She was not deterred but persisted until Jesus declared that He has never seen this kind of faith even in Israel and immediately her faith got her daughter an instant deliverance.

5.    The Miracle Power of Faith in Your Prosperity: It takes faith to prosper. Giving is the covenant means for prosperity. However, every giving to God without mixed with faith is useless. Deut 28:18. God is the one who gives us the power to make wealth, but without faith you cannot please Him nor receive anything from Him.

6.    The Miracle Power of Faith in your Dominion Dan 3:28-36: In the scriptural story of these three Hebrew men; Shedrack, Mishack & Abednego, they operated in high class optimal faith. When the fire was increased 7 times, the ultimate Fire swallowed the lesser fire and the lesser fire became an air conditioner. When they came out, not even traces of smoke were smeared from them. And consequently, the Babylonian king declared a total surrendering to the Almighty God. This dominion was only achieved by faith.      

All salvation, healing, supernatural breakthrough, deliverances, prosperity, dominion can only be provoked by faith. As you provoke God via your faith today I see God bringing down your miracles instantly in the name of Jesus.

·         Faith is a spirit

·         Only those who wear the spirit can unlock the supernatural

·         The power of faith breaks every natural protocol into the supernatural

The faith command is the key to unlocking the supernatural.

By definition, faith is a living force drawn from a living word to produce a living proof. By the command of faith, Jesus walked in the water. Even Peter walked on top of water by the command of faith. This is an impossible made possible by the supernatural and interference of the force of faith.

NOTE:

1.    Faith is not just a believing force but a speaking one Rom 10:10: If you believe, you say it and you see it. Faith has a voice, it is not a dumb force and whenever it comes forth, it comes into manifestation. When you say it, nature will hear it and the supernatural will enforce it. Remember in Gen 1:1, even though the spirit of God hovered around the waters, until God said, “Let there be light” creature never manifested. God had it in His heart but until He said it, the earth never surfaced. 

2.    God can only confirm what is declared not what is conceived Isa 44:26. God confirms what is spoken not your conception. I stood in my office one day and looked at a woman and I declared, you are pregnant and God confirmed it. “Declare that thou mayest be justified” is the scripture. If you must see the wonders of God in your heart, you must declare it. Faith is saying it to see it; that is the supernatural dimension. You don’t see it to say it.

3.    It is the spoken word that gives faith the command of the supernatural. In the midst of the void nature of the earth in Gen 1:1, God said “let there be light” and there was light. The Holyghost is the Commander-in-Chief of he supernatural and He was present all over the waters at creation but until there was a word, the earth was still formless. It is the spoken word that gives voice to the supernatural

4.    Without a Sound, there cannot be a Sign: A soundless Christian is s signless one. Mk 11:23. To see the sign, you must sound it. Prov 18:21. “Life and death is in the power of the tongue….” According to the law of the supernatural, what you say is what you see.

5.    Faith-filled Declaration in His Name is what Commands Signs Isa 9:6: When people declare things even in the name of Jesus, without the mix of faith, it wouldn’t come to pass. Why? Because it was not a faith-filled declaration. Acts 3:16: Every time we proclaim a thing in the name of Jesus, through our faith in the name, it comes to pass. When a natural situation harasses you, open the supernatural through the command of faith.

The faith command makes the natural to submit to the supernatural, I decree to everyone under the sound of my voice, whatever that is locked up against you, by this faith command, be yea opened up in the name of Jesus.

 Prior proper performance is what prevents poor performance Prov 16:1

·         How well prepared you are determines what happens to you in this year

·         What becomes of you in these declaration is a function of your level of preparation

·         What God says is sure, its manifestation depends on your practical responsibility

If breakthrough unlimited is your portion this year then spiritual preparation is the key. My prayer is that as you prepare spiritually this year, no devil can stop you in Jesus name. Jn 4:24 Remember, physical manifestation is a function of the spiritual. The spiritual controls all things. When you prepare yourself spiritually, you take control of the physical.

The word of the Lord says “thou prepareth a table before me even in the presence of my enemies”. A wonderful edifice with a wrong foundation is a corpse in disguise. Build your 2011 with adequate spiritual foundation in the word of God.

Take steps in the declarations that have come fourth. When the angels declared to Mary about the birth of Christ, she took steps. When she visited her cousin Elizabeth, she behaved like a pregnant woman. Declarations without taking steps this year will leave you more confused Zach 4:1-6. What is that mountain before you in this year of Breakthrough Unlimited, by your spiritual preparations I see them destroyed in Jesus name. It is not by your strength nor your planning but by the spirit says the Lord.

What u see in the prophecies that goes ahead of you is a function of your level of spiritual preparation. Immediately prophecies goes out, there are contentions but when you are spiritually loaded your contentions are dismantled Math 3:17, 4:1-8. Declarations and prophecies do not mean that they will not be obstacles even Jesus who is God saw obstacles even after the prophecies went ahead of Him. The Tempter would have succeeded because God and even the angels were not there with Him but because he was prepared spiritually, the Spirit of God in Him confronted the Tempter. Jesus took spiritual responsibility because He prepared Himself spiritually. He would have submitted to the Devil when He took Him to the pinnacle and set Him on high, but he overcame because he knows better than Satan. It is your level of spiritual preparation that will make the devil flee from you and not prophecies. Jesus fasted 40 days and nights to prepare himself adequately. Man’s greatest needs in life are not financial, they are spiritual. When men were in the garden of Eden, he was in command, because he was more spiritual, until he ate the fruits and died spiritually and then evil befell him even to the point of going into hiding.

HOW DO I PREPARE SPIRITUALLY

1.    Math 4:4, Jn 6:63 – The word of God is very vital in spiritual preparation. The word of God is the food of the spirit and if you are not spiritually fed you suffer from spiritual kwashiorkor. Even the tiniest minute preparation in the word of God every morning before you leave for your daily assignments will save you enough stress in life. It costs you much to struggle than to prepare spiritually.

2.    Fasting and Prayer: In fasting and prayer you subdue yourself by not giving your flesh its food but feeding the spirit. The problem of most of us is that we feed our physical body and get fattened but starve the spiritual man, little wonder why the devil kicks them any how.    

  The lord will increase you bountifully this year when you make God’s word the foundation of your breakthrough. 

·        Introduction

 INTRODUCTION:

·         Biblical madness always gets you into greatness in life. It is the revelation of scriptures that provokes this madness                         

·         Always praise Him no matter the situation

·         David was mad in praise, he always praised God madly, and he loses his kingly decorum during praise. He praises God “anyhow”.

·         Be mad in God and be full of His blessings                     

WHAT IS IN PRAISE?

1.    Manifold presence of God: Anytime you engage in praise, you carry the “mobile presence of God Ps 22:3”. Praise always commands God’s presence. Any time you pray, God sends angels e.g. When Peter was held in prison, prayers were made by the Apostles, and God sent Angel to deliver him. Any time you praise God, He comes down himself. Acts 16.25 Paul and Silas praised God and their prison door opened and their prison chains were broken. Also 3 Nations came against the Nation of Judah and when they began to praise, God stepped in and brought confusion among the conspiring nations and they destroyed themselves. 2Chronicles 20:22-24.

2.    Praise is the weapon that gets God committed to your battle.

3.    Praise commands divine presence and divine presence guarantees the following:

a.    Divine presence is the believer’s backbone in the conflict of life Rom 8:31

b.    Divine presence is God’s secret for exploit John 3:1-3, 8:29. He that sent me is with me

c.    Divine presence commands the flow of signs and wonders Mark 16:20; Math 28:19-20

d.    Divine presence is the key for exploit in life Act 10:38

e.    Divine presence is the fountain of favour Exodus 33:15 

If you are not SAVED you are not SAFE

Have you ever asked Jesus to come into your heart? i.e. Are you BORN AGAIN?
